Standard Privitas training uses practical healthcare-based scenarios and behavioral risk concepts applicable across healthcare environments. No additional configuration fee is required.
Organization-Specific Configuration — $150 one-time fee
Privitas can configure the standard training program to better reflect your organization's actual working environment. Configuration may include your healthcare setting, workforce roles, terminology, common PHI access points, communication methods, workflows, and recurring risk situations.
Once established, your organization's configuration can be used for future Privitas annual and new-hire training without another configuration fee.
Minor updates are included. Significant changes in operations, policies, services, or training requirements may require additional configuration.
Fully Customized Training — Priced by Scope
For organizations requiring training beyond adaptation of the standard Privitas program, fully customized development is available. This may include organization-specific case studies, policy integration, new training modules, role-specific programs, management training, or content addressing identified compliance vulnerabilities.
